What TARANG supports

TARANG supports ZIP upload, so a study exported as a single archive can go straight in without manual extraction. Where supported, it also allows folder or direct upload, and it's built around a no-compression upload workflow — meaning the diagnostic detail in the original DICOM files reaches PACS intact rather than being compressed in transit.
